NOTE: {Ch 2 always counts as st}
 
(With Blue Yarn)
Row 1: ch 6, join, ch 2, 16 dc in ring, join, ch 2 (16 sts)
 
Row 2: 2 dc in each st around, join, ch 2,  (32 sts)
 
Row 3: *1 dc in 3 sts, 2 dc in next st, *Repeat around, join, ch 2
 
Row 4: Repeat row 3
 
Row 5: Repeat riw 3
 
Row 6: 1 hdc in each st around, BL only, join, ch 2
 
Row 7: *skip next st, 1 dc in next st, 1 dc in st just skipped,
                                 *Repeat around, 1 dc in last st, join, ch 2
 
Row 8: 1 hdc in each st around, join (CHANGE TO WHITE YARN), ch 2
 
Row 9: 1 dc in each st around, join, ch 2
 
Row's 10-12: 1 dc in BL's only around, join, ch 2, [After end of
                               row 12, CHANGE TO RED YARN]
 
Row's 13-16: 1 dc in each st around, join, ch 2
 
Row 17: 1 dc in next 2 sts, ch 1, sk 1 st, *Repeat around, join, ch 2
 
Row 18: 1 sc, ch 1 in each st * space around, join & fasten off
 

Ties:  MAKE 2
leave long tail at both ends, ch 100, finish off..Weave ties in and out of spaces on round 17, join together and tie  a secure knot, tie in a double bow, trim ends

Eyes:  I placed mine on round 12, with 6 sts inbetween eyes

Beard: cut 19 long strands of white yarn, attach yarn like fringe
in front loops BETWEEN row 10 & 11: Separate yarn into 4 and allow
natural  curl to develope

Towel Topper

Cut hand towls in 1/2 across width of towel... Now you have 2 pieces

F & G Hooks

F Hook:
Crochet with sc across top of towel edge you just cut.

G Hook:
1.) ch 2, turn, 1 hdc in each st across
2.) ch 2, *1 dc in each of next 3 sts, 2 dctog. in next, *repeat across
3.) ch 2, *1 dc in each of next 2 sts, 2 dctog. in next, *repeat across
4.) Repeat row 3
5.) ch 2, *1 dc in next st, 2 dctog. in next, *repeat across
6.) ch 2, *2 dctog *Repeat across
7.) Repeat row 6 - DO NOT FINISH OFF

You should have 4-8 sts (I usually have 6 sts left including ch 2)


TOPPER HANGER:
Row's 1-10: 1 dc in next st, ch 2 turn
Row 11: 1 dc in each of next 2 sts, ch 1, sk 1 st, 1 dc in each
of last 2 sts,
finish off and sew button on front of row 4, hang around door
handles or refergator handle and button in place
