Size 7 Knitting needles
H Crochet Hook
Cast on 37 stitches.
1-4) Knit across
5.) k4, p29, k4
6.)(and all remaining even numbered rows) knit across
7-10) repeat rows 5 and 6
11 - 33) k4, p13, k3, p13, k4
34.) knit across
35 - 39) k4, p8, k13, p8, k4
41 - 45) k4, p13, k3, p13, k4
47) k4, p29, k4
48) Knit across
49 - 50) rep rows 47 and 48
51 - 54) knit across
2 FINISHING OPTIONS:
#1 Knitting Only - Bind off, weave in ends
#2 Bind off loosly to last stitch, SWITCH to CROCHET hook, ch 1, 3 sc in same stitch. *1 sc in each stitch, 3 sc in corner around *Repeat, finish off.
TRIM:
Switch colors, attach to center stitch in any corner, ch 1 sc in same stitch, ch 1, skip 1 st, 1 sc in next st, * ch 1, skip next stitch, sc in next st. *Repeat around, finish off
