Simply Prayer Cloths

                                    "GOD always keeps HIS PROMISES"

Pocket Prayer Cloth's are Perfect for that special Man / Woman in your life, weather it's you Husband, Wife, Son, Daughter, Father, Mother. Brother, Sister "or" Family member in the Service etc.- these pocket prayer cloths fit perfectly in their pockets, when they slip their hands into their pocket, they are reminded of the NEVER ENDING PROMISES of GOD, Promises that GOD will ALWAYS be with them wherever they may be, and the love from your hands to make this for them and pray for them... It is my prayer that enjoy making and Blessing others with this Pocket Prayer Cloth {JMSQ}

PRAYER:
Before beginning these prayer cloths, say a prayer for the reciever, then while crocheting this, pray for the reciever, then again when finished with the prayer cloth, say another prayer for the reciever of the cloth.
{G & H hook's} - Measures 3 1/2" x 5"
H hook
Row 1: Ch 15, hdc in 2nd chain from hook, hdc in each remaining sts to end, ch 1, turn (14 sts)
Row;s 2 - 7: *hdc in first st, and in each remaining st across, ch 1 turn. Repeat from * (14 sts) DO NOT FASTEN OFF:
Trim: G hook
sc around, working 2 sc in each corner, then fasten off and tuck in tail.

OPTIONAL:
You can add charms, ribbons, beads etc to your cloths or not, either way, others will be truly Blessed by your labor of Love.

  1. What a lovely idea Jeanarie. I used to make prayer shawls but these will work up quite quickly. What lovely gifts these would be to quite a few people in their hour of need. I'll keep a few in my car for those times when God calls me to connect with a stranger.
