H Hook

1.) ch 28, join, 1 sc in each st around, join

2.) ch 2, 1 dc to the "right" of ch st, (X st made); now were back to
working towards the left, *skip 1 st, 1 dc in the next st, 1 dc in st
just skipped, *Repeat around, join

3.) 1 sc in each st around, join & fasten off


NOTE:
if you want your Wrist Gems wider, work another row 2, followed
by another row 3
